I just made my first dinosaur cake!

My fabulous friend, Elijah, turned 5 and his party is tomorrow. I got to make his cake and I just finished it. I stood back after placing the last candy pebble and felt that great sense of accomplishment that only comes with attempting such craftiness. I wanted to yell "MOM, look what i did!" but, alas, my mom is asleep and 33 miles away soooo it is here that I exclaim my glee.

Ryan and Brook Olsen

Last Thursday we had the incredible honor of witnessing the ceremony of our dear friends Ryan and Brook. It was a very intimate gathering of the couple's parents and siblings and US! Brandon had the great task of marrying them(no, this is not a service that will be coming with photography packages in the near future :) and I played photographer. It was so so so much fun!!! Our friends, the Olsen's are not only hotties, but wonderful people who we love oh so very much! The ceremony was at the cutest restaurant in Carmel, Casa Nova's. The meal was literally the best food I have had, EVER! aaand, my fabulous friend Molly did the flowers, which were delicious smelling and looking.
